Register with Companies Commission of Malaysia formally known as ROC for Bhd and Sdn Bhd. Sole Proprietor and Partnership must be registered with Trade Licence Department of Inland Revenue Board. Corporation and Association must register with (Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan) UPK (Unit Perdaftaran Kontraktor) Licence for State Government Construction Project. PKK (Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor) Licence for Federal Government Project. Register with Ministry of Finance. Paid up capital in form of "Ordinary Shares" not less than RM100,000.00. Financial Statement must be stable. Annual Report must stated positive figure in past 2 years operation. Must have the technical capability aspect in management, competency and facilities for all category of product and services offered. Full fill the requirement to qualify as Bumiputra Company in terms of share holder equity, Company Director , management and staff. Register with any Government Agency, Statutory Body and other Organization. Track Records and past project experience. Stated clearly the products and services offered.
