The F23 Living Quarters Module and Helideck is the 2nd Offshore Living Quarters project undertaken by Brooke Dockyard for Sarawak Shell Bhd.

The contract covers the engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, testing & commissioning, weighing, loadout and seafastening. The contract scope also undertake the supply and fabrication of ship-loose material for offshore hook-up and commissioning (including commissioning and start-up spares) within and between the new Accommodation Module, new Helideck and existing Utilities Module.

The new accommodation Module comprises of 3 levels including roof level at EL (+) 31865 T.O.S. each floor measures approximately 13.7m x 27.2 m. This accommodation Module support equipment, facilities, a cantilevered helideck and a gymnasium at roof level. The new Helideck located above the new accommodation module.

The accommodation Module provides the necessary sleeping, messing and recreational areas for 60 persons as well as space for office, administration and associated services. The accommodation Module is installed on top of the Utilities Module includes 3 stories of accommodation, stairways, access platforms, equipment supports, handrails, the interior and exterior architectural furnishings, temporary and permanent structural framing helideck.
