11. Ship Repair total life cycle service provider providing engineering services for oil & gas projects including :-

• Engineering detailing ( shop drawings, cutting plans, painting surface calculation). Shop drawings using Autocad.

• Modelling oil & gas plants using PDMS software and produce piping isometrics, general arrangement drawings, MTO and clash checks. Also including importation to BOCAD structural Models.

• Structural analysis (lifting, integrity check and basic structural design) using STAAD software.

• Technical support for oil & gas site works (TBE, construction checks/verification, modification) including testing and commissioning.

• Engineering, procurement, manufacturing/assembly and testing/commissioning of skid packages (chemical injection, instrument gas, oil transfer pump).

12. Throughout having more than 10 years experience in Oil and Gas, Brooke Dockyard has now in its custodian full range of qualified welding procedures from common carbon steel to exotic materials such as duplex. Brooke is possibly the only Sarawakian company possessing such a full range.
